• Once we receive confirmation of the booking we will assign you the room/s that are available. Please express your

|
|
preference of room and we will be happy to give you the room you prefer if it is available.

Prices and payment methods:
|
|
|
|
|
• Prices refer to one room per night and include breakfast.
|
|
|
|
|
• Guests are reminded that there is a 3.50 euro per person per night city tax when staying in any hotel in Rome.
|
|
|
This has not been included in the room prices.
|
|
|
|
|
• The price of the stay is the price that we communicate to you in the booking acceptance email.
|
|
|
|
|
• With the booking confirmation we request your credit card information as a guarantee.
|
|
|
|
|
•Your credit card will not be charged without your authorization, unless we are forced to charge you for a penalty
|
|
|
related to cancellation or sudden departure. We reserve the right to run a pre-authorization
|
|
|
charge to verify the validity of the card in some cases.
|
|
|
|
|
|
• The cost of the stay shall be paid in full by cash or credit card upon arrival.
|
|
|
|
|
|
We accept the following types of payments:

|
• Visa and Mastercard;
|
|
|
|
• Bankwires can be made by Italian citizens only;
|
|
|
|
• The city tax must be paid in cash only upon arrival.
|
|
|
|

|
Cancellation policy:
|
|
|
|
• Cancellations or changes to original booking must be communicated by email.
|
|
|
|
|
• Bookings can be cancelled or changed no later than 14 days before arrival
|
|
|
date and no fees will be charged.
|
|
|
|
|
• If bookings are cancelled or changed during the 14 days before arrival date, or if guests fail to show up,
|
|
|
the penalty charged will be equivalent to the entire sum quoted in the booking confirmation.
|
|
|
|
|
• If guests check-in and then choose to leave immediately or leave early, the penalty charged will be equivalent
|
|
|
to the entire sum quoted in the booking confirmation.
|
|
|
|
|
• We reserve the right to make exceptions to the penalty charge only in some cases.
